✨ New Features
Conditional logic turns off on completed processes after 30 days
Many processes repeat for a property, owner, or tenant every year, or every few months. Some of you encountered issues where conditional logic on old completed processes (e.g. Lease Renewals) was being revived, so we added a feature that turns conditional logic off on Processes that have been in a “Completed” or “Cancelled” stage for more than 30 days. Learn more here.
NOTE: This only applies to Processes, not Leads.
Text messages are tracked on leads and processes properly again We recently released a feature that allows you to choose to only track relevant emails on leads and processes (emails that are actually about that lead or process). This introduced an issue where text messages were not being tracked on any leads or processes. Last week, we fixed this so text messages will now be tracked either 1) only on the process/lead they were sent from, or 2) on all processes/leads where the recipient is a Contact. You can customize this setting under Settings > Pipeline (or Process Type) Settings > General > Communication Settings.
