🖨 Ability to print the process and lead activity history
Sometimes, you need to send a copy of email communication with a given tenant or owner to a lawyer, or another third party (for an eviction, for example). We made this much easier to do by adding a “print” icon to the process and lead activity feeds. Click it and you’ll be redirected to a page that lists all the communication activities on that lead or process, with timestamps, senders, and all the data you need!

New updates & improvements this week:
- Snoozing a conversation now takes you back to the Inbox list
- Replying now copies all recipients instead of just the last sender (it operates like “reply all” now)
- A conversation now belongs to multiple inboxes if multiple connected email accounts are CC’d - this ensures all relevant users can see it
- We now soft-delete email accounts when you delete them so you can more easily revive them if you want to reconnect again in the future
🐛 The “Fixed” List
- Rentvine’s “total past due” field now syncs to the “amount receivable” field in LeadSimple, like it’s supposed to
- Email snippets in the Inbox list were being cut off on small mobile screens; now you can see the entire snippet on your phone
- Some Inbox conversations couldn’t be closed for an unknown reason; we discovered the reason and fixed it!
- Inbox would sometimes hide emails behind a “…” incorrectly. We fixed this too.
