That’s right! We added the ability to start processes from the Properties dashboard!

This will make it a lot easier to start certain processes, like an annual inspection process for units, or annual elevator inspection process for multi-family properties.
The limitation to it at the moment is the inability to filter the Properties dashboard by unit-specific fields. For example, you can’t filter Properties dashboard by the Unit - Lease End Date field, meaning you can’t create processes in bulk from the Properties dashboard based on that field.
