🔁 We built a direct integration with Buildium!
You read that right. We built a direct integration with Buildium as a part of their recent Marketplace invite-only beta launch. What does this mean?
- Import your Buildium data into LeadSimple automatically (previously this was a manual process for Buildium users)
- Eliminate duplicate data, and hours of data entry
- Link back to owners, tenants, leases, and properties in Buildium to quickly navigate between the two systems
Who has access?
- Before Marketplace is rolled out to the entire Buildium community, the invite-only beta has launched. If you don’t see the Marketplace inside Buildium but are interested in learning more about the integration and when you can gain access, contact them for more details.
- If you already have access, you can start using the direct integration. Set it up yourself in a few easy steps!
Note that this is a one-way integration where data is pushed from Buildium to LeadSimple, not a push-pull integration.

📥 New Inbox Features
We completed these two important Inbox features last week!
Help Scout conversation import tool to seamlessly transition from Help Scout to Inbox without losing data
Search for conversations by contact (see all conversations with a specific person) or property (see all conversations about a specific property)
One Inbox feature is still in progress at the moment:
- Display HTML formatting in email activities so links, images, and videos are visible and clickable, and basic formatting is visible (i.e. bulleted lists, bold/italic, headers, etc…)
What’s next with Inbox? We’re wrapping up a few features and doing general quality assurance. Then it’s off to the races.
Our Q2 roadmap is being finalized and we expect to have many more Inbox features coming for you!

🐛🔨 Fixed Bugs
We also fixed several bugs. If any of these affected you, we apologize, but rest assured that they’re squashed now. 🙂
- Text messages track properly on leads and processes again - This stopped working after a recent feature we built.
- The “Send a test lead” button on the Notifications and Routing settings page wasn’t working so we fixed it.
- The button to expand property details wasn’t actually expanding the property card. This is back to normal again.
- Lastly, we fixed a bug where email text wasn’t always aligning to the left.
